Cancellation Policy

Wheels Down Bike Academy — Mountain biking involves inherent risks, including the possibility of falls, collisions, equipment failure, or outdoor hazards. While Wheels Down Bike Academy prioritizes safety through proper instruction and trail management, some risks cannot be eliminated. By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in mountain biking activities carries the risk of injury, including serious injury or death. I voluntarily allow my child to participate, accepting all risks involved. 2. Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless Wheels Down Bike Academy, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims arising from injury, illness, or damages related to participation in the program, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 3. Medical Authorization: In the event of injury or medical emergency, I authorize Wheels Down Bike Academy staff to administer first aid and/or seek medical treatment. I understand I am responsible for all medical expenses. 4. Equipment & Conduct: I agree that my child will wear a properly fitted helmet and use a safe, functional bike. I understand that failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the program without refund. 5. Photo/Video Release: I grant permission for Wheels Down Bike Academy to use images or video of my child for promotional and educational purposes. No names will be used without additional consent. 6. Acknowledgment: I have read, understand, and agree to this waiver. I certify that I am the legal parent/guardian of the child listed below and that they are physically fit to participate in mountain biking activities.
